I, of legal age, by signing this Liability Waiver, accepted and assumed all risk and all responsibility for any injury, damage or loss, economic or non-economic, that may occur to me during the Master Class on April 13th, 2024 in Fort Worth, Texas at Mesquite Convention Center.

 

In addition, by signing this document, I fully and forever release Xco® Latin by Jackie and its holding company, Jacqueline Rodriguez and all officers, agents, master trainers, head coaches and instructors, from all claims, demands, damages, legal actions, rights of action, present or future, whether known or not, anticipated or

unanticipated, resulting from my participation in the event described above.

 

I also recognize the importance of getting a medical exam before participating in this or any exercise program.

 

By signing this document, I recognize the exhausting nature of this exercise

program and the potential, though unusual, but possible, of physiological damage including, but not limited to sudden increases in blood pressure, fainting, heart attacks, or even death.

 

By signing this document, I acknowledge that I am fit to participate in this event and assume all risk to my health, well-being, and any resulting injury or accident that may affect my well-being or health in any way.

 

I understand that it is not allowed to take videos or make live digital broadcasts through social media once the Master Class begins. Bags cannot be placed in the exercise area. They will have to be placed on the sides of the room. The organizers are not responsible for any loss of valuables or money.
