Xco® Latin by Jackie is a fun, dynamic & effective class that mixes Latin Rhythms with Athletic Movements.

It is not dancing, it is a combination of the Movement Patterns sequence & synchronization that activates the whole body with special emphasis on the Core.

 

The benefits of Xco® Trainers in the field of physical therapy have carry over into fitness. Ensuring an effective strength & endurance training method suitable for All Fitness Levels.
