The  certification program has a duration of two days for a total of 14  hours.  At the end of the 2 day workshop participants receive a  certificate of completion. As a final step of the certification process  it requires to satisfactorily pass an evaluation of a 30 minute live  presentation or via digital video. The fee includes 1 Set of Xco®Trainers, 1 Workout DVD, 2 practice playlists and one FREE PASS to participate in another Educational Workshop.  The Convention package also includes access to all master classes, events and daily lunch. 

In addition you obtain continuing education credits for   ACE 1.3 CEC's AFAA 11 CEU's NASM 1.4 CEU'S
