WHAT IS XCO® LATIN BY JACKIE
Xco® Latin by Jackie is a fun, dynamic & effective class that mixes Latin Rhythms with Athletic Movements.
It is not dancing, it is a combination of the Movement Patterns sequence & synchronization that activates the whole body with special emphasis on the Core.
Our purpose is to improve our client’s well-being and functionality. Every Movement Pattern is designed with a specific purpose to improve Mobility and Endurance regardless of age and fitness level.
